• Memorandum of Understanding for Urban sites is required for participation in the survey. It allows for clear agreements of what the survey administrators will provide, expectations of the Urban Organizations, and survey administration guidance. If you would like to participate in the survey, please download and complete the memo, then email it to info@uiacoalition.org.
